Using EugenIX

By using eugenix.dev, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website's authenticated or interactive features.

EugenIX is the personal software engineering portfolio and resource hub of Eugene Eyambe Ndeme.

Account features

Public portfolio and resource content can be browsed without an account. Some features, including saving resources and accessing account-linked records, require Google authentication through Supabase Auth.

You are responsible for activity performed through your authentication account and for maintaining access to that account. Do not attempt to access another person's saved records or restricted administrative features.

Resources and saved items

Resource Library materials are provided for informational and educational use. Saving a resource creates a personal bookmark associated with your authenticated account. A saved item does not guarantee that the resource will remain published, unchanged, or continuously available.

You are responsible for evaluating whether any resource is suitable for your project, environment, or circumstances.

Intellectual property

Unless a resource states otherwise, the website's original text, design, code examples, downloads, and other published materials remain the property of their respective owner. Access to the website does not transfer ownership rights.

You may use published resources for personal learning and legitimate project work. You may not present EugenIX materials as your own, remove attribution where it is required, or redistribute substantial parts of the website as a competing collection without permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with the website, authentication flow, database, contact endpoint, or security controls.
• Do not submit malicious code, automated spam, deceptive messages, or unlawful material.
• Do not scrape, overload, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or another user's information.
• Do not use the website or its resources in a way that violates applicable rights or laws.

Third-party services and links

The website uses or links to third-party services, including Google, Supabase, Netlify, Resend, and external websites. Their services and content are governed by their own terms. EugenIX is not responsible for third-party availability, security, content, or practices.
